Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you total control over your email box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect e-mails from one mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mails according to certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one mail account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just select the mail account you want to redirect mails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest.
